Our concept

In 1912, the entire ground floor of n° 8 was refurbished by the architect Maurice Grimme It was at this time that the Rôtisserie Vincent became "Restaurant Vincent" and the room received an exceptional interior decoration with the presence of large painted ceramic paintings produced by the firm Helman (founded in 1897). The original theme illustrates the artisanal coastal activity of the North Sea. Since 2020 the house has been part of a new approach that advocates the short circuit and the local. Our recipes are mainly based on local and seasonal products.
